I felt a little like an Enterprise commander this morning as I brought out Camtasia (which records the screen and audio) to document a meeting I had just had.  I thought, instead of reading my notes, why not talk to my future self while it's fresh in my mind and point out what I needed to do with my mouse.  I was able to talk about the thinking behind everything, and how certain pages would interact.  All in all, I liked it.  I will continue to do this in the future.  Instead of pouring through my notes, I'll fire up Windows Media Player and watch a movie.

I'm probably going to extend this to technically documenting my application.  I can show things much quicker by walking through them than capturing screen shots and writing out documentation.

How does everyone else out there document their code or meetings?  Think this is a good idea?
