...I got some interviews in and like last time I did this I'm getting some offers right away. Honestly, my self confidence after the ARI interview process went down. Since I couldn't see anything wrong and expected an offer there, it was a total shock to the system to have a "no we're not interested" letter in my inbox.
No longer though. I'm batting 2 for 3 out here. I had a phone screen with one company, and I learned something. Sometimes I just suck on the phone interviewing. I have no idea why, but simple technical questions get really hard. Since I sucked, I didn't get a call back. Not so with face to face meetings. I think I answered every question pretty well that was thrown my way, and so the offers came. Self confidence back up, I have another interview today "for fun" :)
