So I've been wanting one for awhile.  Sure enough we get one 3 weeks ago, 52 incher HDTV.  We weren't planning on getting one, but we were out xmas shopping in Santa Maria (Bout 3.5 hours north of us), saw a great deal, and decided: What the heck, why not?

We no longer have a truck.  So to get this thing down to our place, we went out and rented a one-way truck from Enterprise.  Gas+Extra car and the cost of the TV just went up.  We both drive all the way down to our place and unload this big ass thing, get it inside and roll it over to where we think it'll entertain us for the next few years.

The thing doesn't turn on.  I check the cord, try again and...nothing.  I switch the outlet it's plugged into: nothing.  I plug a lamp into the outlet, it works fine.  I try the remote... nope! After an hour of playing, Go to the back of the TV and scratch my head, come to the front and scratch my ass, I give up.  The damn thing is broke ass.

Sure enough after 2 weeks of waiting we get a repairman out to take a look. He says we need a mainboard of some type.  Called them today to see where this thing is located.  The part is currently on back order and the company has to make more.  So who the hell knows when I'll actually be able to fire this thing up.  I want my puter to run on this sucker for god's sake!
