We had Alexandria Jean Tilton on the 8th of this month.  We really haven't called anyone yet, but everyone pretty much knows.  After having her we just wanted to relax for a bit, and we did.  With Ian there were so many people around, and it was nice to just have us around to take care of the kids.

She's pretty.  She also cries, and I have to get her.  I'm getting a little better about not going nuts when she cries, but there's something in her cry that makes me sad.  With Ian, I never felt this, so that's pretty wierd.  Strangely it seems to affect Ian as well.  He wants to go give her a hug or pat her head to make her be quiet.  Even wierder it doesn't seem to affect Jackie.  With Ian...it did.  So far she's be a very good baby.  She only gets up once or twice (compared to Ian's 4-5 times) a night, and pretty much eats and then goes back to sleep.  Only last night was a bit bad as she had some gas.  She's crapped on me once, sorta like a squirt gun...I won't forget a pad below her butt again.  She's also peed on me once - just something that Ian hasn't done for a long time so I'm not used to having to hurry.

Ian looks like he might start potty-training soon.  The kid squats over and pushes.  Its pretty funny to see him sit on his imaginary toilet seat.  I'm not sure if he's doing it on purpose or if it's just more comfortable.  I look at it as a sign that he's going.  I'm thinking if we can get training pants on him, and notice, we can rush him over to the toilet to crap it out.  We'll get the little toilet seat from my parents to see how that goes.
