I want to implement some type of blog system for both the MNP users and the IRT pro players. 

MNP users will essentially have their own personal homepage.  I'd like to allow them to:

  • Keep a journal of the matches that they've played
  • Post articles about whatever they wish (rating system that determines what articles show up on the main MNP page?)
  • Post racquetball news in their area (see above)
  • Post events that are going to happen in their area, along with the entry form

IRT Players would also have their own homepage.  No comments would be allowed.  They would basically have a place to put:

  • A journal of their training schedule, matches they've played (just a text area)
  • Their thoughts
  • Events that they will be apart of.

Both blogs will essentailly have pre-built pages that they can add to their page.  Some examples:

  • IRT Rankings page
  • Latest forum posts from a particular forum, or all over
  • Fantasy racquetball standings
  • etc
