Every once in awhile I get the above comment directed at one of my sites.  In the past it was quite devestating.  Honestly, I get probably way more complements and kudo's than "Your site blows" type of comments, but when they did happen, I got bummed.  The fact was, is that most people said it anonymously, while complaining about a site that I had done for free.

These days though, I just realize: you can't please everyone.  I take comments like that with a grain of salt.  I'm sure if I had endless time, only one website and didn't work all day every day doing websites at work the free ones would be much better.  Lately, I've wanted to update sites, but shit, I want to see my wife and my kid too.  I actually do like goofing around like a normal human...who woulda thunk it?

The cool thing about the comment that happend today was actually argued by someone other than myself (or Jackie). I mean, I've seen other people's sites get trashed, and the silence is deafening (Read: Yeah it does suck donkey balls). Jackie did get a little upset about the comment, but I guess I'm just used to it happening every so often.
