Insert Catchy Title Here

I am looking for an image viewer component.  Here are my criteria:

• I only need to view images, no editing/saving required.
• Need to support basic file formats including TIFF/JPG/GIF/BMP (PDF a plus)
• Load images from Stream or byte[] or equivalent
• Need simple capabilities including scale, rotate, pan (speed is critical for these capabilities. I'm talking fast on a PII 400 Mhz)
• I DO NOT need image processing like sharpen, invert, blur, blah, blah, blah
• Scale to Gray or other anti-aliasing for 1-Bit Tiffs
• Need to be able to draw on or annotate the image (lines, ploygons)
• Works with .Net 1.1 (COM/ActiveX would be considered)
• Freely redistributable
• A simple API would be nice :)
• I really don't need a whole imaging SDK, a nice simple viewer would be nice.

Here is who I am currently evaluating:

• LEADTools Raster Imaging Pro - Quite fast.  I get near zero (0) processor movement for my scale/rotate/pan operations.  Only problem is I can only find a COM toolkit (which adds some usage and deployment complexity) as their .Net version is 2.0 only.
• AccuSoft Image Gear - Pretty fast.  Simpler .Net API.  Appears to still wrap COM components which is fine.  Need to look more into their licensing.  Still trying to figure out how to draw/annotate.
• AtalaSoft DotImage - On the list to test.
• SnowBound Raster Master - On the list to test.
• Viscom Image Viewer - Too slow.
• Data Tech ImageMan.Net - Too slow.
• THB Image.Net - Too slow.
• GDPicture OCX Viewer - Too slow.
• Vimas Imaging SDK - Too slow.
