A Breakthrough Day???

Well, two things to really mention.

1. I went back to spark people and edited my exercise routine. That increased my calorie intake allowed dramatically. I should be now at 1700-1900/day vs. 1200-1500/day. No wonder I would get hungry lol.

3. I went the entire day on a bowl of cereal, a bowl of pasta salad for lunch, and then for dinner had a left over bratwurst. I wasn't hungry. I would have eaten if I was, but I wasn't....Maybe the eating less is working. Who knows.

I'm just so excited at the prospect of being...anything than what I am now. Even if I never make it to 150, I'd even take 160 or 170. Just can't do this anymore. I feel also that my energy levels have increased. Thats really neat. I didn't need a nap today, however its 11 and I'm pooped. But thats the right time to be pooped, not 2 in the afternoon.

I played racquetball today. I swore I was going to do something else until thursday's league night. But I dont know. I'm just really excited. I'm happy to finally be playing at a consistant rate/level, and to see improvement. Not that I plan on making myself a pro..but that wouldn't be too shabby either lol...

Well...I'm pooped as mentioned. I'm going to bed...
