I did pretty well. My exercise regime consisted of a five mile walk every day. After figuring out that I was doing like a 19 minute mile, I decided to walk a little faster lol. I got it down to a 15 minute mile.
I also played racquetball EVERY day this week. Except today I guess. And I dont mean no goofing off. I played outdoor twice, which I've decided to put a stop to that because it messes up my indoor form, and it then kills my shoulder, and elbow. Yesterday I played 8 intense games for the Racquet for the Cure. I'm actually really excited at playing. I'm really enjoying it too.
My diet. Well, I am not on any set diet. I haven't got the self control for that. So I have been eating smaller portions. and drinking water water water. I crashed a total of 4 times. Three times at a restaurant. I think I need to stay away from those until my stomach shrinks lol. Especially the buffets. Today we went to El Torrito's and it was a fabulous Brunch Buffet. OOPs lol. The other occurance was at home, and it was probably the worst offense, because I wasn't even hungry...I had made Hamburgers for the kids and Willie, and I indulged in two. I WASN'T EVEN HUNGRY? Why did I need to eat?? lol...
I have never been the type to "beat myself up" over anything. I am blogging it just so that I can make a mental note of last weeks mistakes.
Even with my blunders on food, I did make progress. I am now only one pound away from being under 200. God I can't believe I ever let myself even get this big....I'm just done with it.
So the week begins a new tomorrow. Official weight : 201.
