This year Ian was going as Peter Pan, and Lexi as Tinkerbell. I was WAS
because the two darn kids came down with a cold starting about Saturday
Morning. I think it comes from My Gym (a "camp" type thing we have Ian
enrolled in). There are always tons of kids playing on all their
equipment and I dont know how often they clean things. They promote
clealiness and "dont come if your kid is sick" policy, but I dont know
if everyone is that considerate of others. So, Ian and Lexi have the
snots and will probably not get to go out much in their adorable little
costumes. More of a bummer for me, but oh well :)
The house is treating us really well. I can't tell you how badly I
missed having my washer and dryer. After having to take clothes down to
a "community washer and dryer area" I'm happy to just have to take them
down stairs.
This house has definately made up my mind though as to being a "ranch"
style house girl. Those stairs can sometimes really kick my butt when
I'm carting Ian and Lexi up and down them, or the laundry or whatever
else might need to go up and down the stairs. I find myself trying to
"plan" my trips so as to not have to keep going up an down them. Oh
well, I'm sure my legs are enjoying the workout ;)
Willies contract is still up in the air (something I haven't touched at
online). He is not sure where he will be working, so it could end up
meaning that we have to move either to Mill Creek or El Segundo soon.
It kind of puts a damper on things, because I'm wanting to join
different programs, maybe enroll in school etc, but I dont want to
enroll/join until I know where we'll be living to avoid an hour long
commute or something like that...But in the meantime he's still
enjoying "working from home", though we tend to get in each others way
a little bit. He's always ont he computer,...like what am I supposed to
do?? :)
So, Happy Halloween to everyone (actually noone cause no one reads this!).
