Last night, after I did that post, I had a lot of energy and so I went
for a run. Ran to Burleigh Elementary, did sprints down the 6 tennis
courts they have, and did hill runs. Today, I went to the Club again,
and played racquetball, did 45 reps of the bench press, tricep
pulldown, stair climber, situps, and pushups. My arm is a little sore,
but, I don't really care, because Mental Toughness and adrenaline
should take care of it. I have been playing some great racquetball over
the past days, practice does help! Tonight, I'm still gonna go for a
walk and do some hills, nothing that tough though. Now I just need to
get packed for the tournament. :) The last step
