Well today I'm gonna try to get a ride to the athletic club. Then I
will play racquetball, do pushups, crunchs, and have an ab workout with
a medicine ball. I will probably run then follow up with stretchs. I
haven't played someone in racquetball for at least a week, but
hopefully I will play just as good while playing myself, and just doing
drills. Well I'm off to the Club!! :)
